I am SUCH a huge friggin' slacker! I haven't been keeping up with my blog and I haven't been keeping up with my exercise plan!
SO! Today I am starting my 30-Day Shred FOR SURE! I am super excited!
My appetite has been SO weird since I got back from vacation. Some days I don't feel like eating at ALL....I don't get what that's all about. I force myself to have a least something, but I don't want to. But it's funny....I always have the desire to drink a beer if it's available - I guess that's one way to get your calories ;)
