A weekend on my diet and I didn't TRULY cheat! Admittidly I allowed myself some Reese's Peices, but I am sorry - you have to allow yourself sweets once in a while or you will go bonkers. I think I went over my WW points by a couple on Sunday, but that's only because I didn't sit down and plan and one meal I couldn't determine the points. I am actually pretty proud of myself! Weekends are where I either get bored and feel hungry or where I just snack all day and skip meals because the day isn't structured.
I find myself actually counting out servings of stuff like crackers, chips, etc. I have a new obession over Cheez-Its and it would be SO easy to just scarf a whole box!! But I count the serving (usually I end up just doing half, to be perfectly honest), eat slowly and I get statsfied just the same :)
I only worked out Friday, though...so shame on me, but I will be working out tonight!
