I am SUCH a huge friggin' slacker! I haven't been keeping up with my blog and I haven't been keeping up with my exercise plan!
SO! Today I am starting my 30-Day Shred FOR SURE! I am super excited!
My appetite has been SO weird since I got back from vacation. Some days I don't feel like eating at ALL....I don't get what that's all about. I force myself to have a least something, but I don't want to. But it's funny....I always have the desire to drink a beer if it's available - I guess that's one way to get your calories ;)

All I gained...
...was a tan!
I have been on vacation (in New Orleans and on a cruise, no less) for the last 8 days and I honestly don't believe I gained any weight!!! How crazy is that?? I am super excited :) I say "I don't believe" because my scale isn't digital and I get frustrated trying to figure which little tick the hand hands on!
I didn't work out every day like I promised myself I would, but I did do a whole lot of walking around both on and off the ship and I didn't over-eat. GO ME!

I survived....
A weekend on my diet and I didn't TRULY cheat! Admittidly I allowed myself some Reese's Peices, but I am sorry - you have to allow yourself sweets once in a while or you will go bonkers. I think I went over my WW points by a couple on Sunday, but that's only because I didn't sit down and plan and one meal I couldn't determine the points. I am actually pretty proud of myself! Weekends are where I either get bored and feel hungry or where I just snack all day and skip meals because the day isn't structured.
I find myself actually counting out servings of stuff like crackers, chips, etc. I have a new obession over Cheez-Its and it would be SO easy to just scarf a whole box!! But I count the serving (usually I end up just doing half, to be perfectly honest), eat slowly and I get statsfied just the same :)
I only worked out Friday, though...so shame on me, but I will be working out tonight!

Love/Hate
I hate Jillian Michaels....
I LOVE Jillian Michales!!!
I just did her "Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism" and WHEW! I thought I was about to DIE. But the good thing is this: she is working me exactly how I need to be worked and I KNOW I will see the results I want.
Still COMPLETELY motivated :)

Well then...
So my office is starting at Weight Watchers program here at the office. An official Weight Watchers facilitator is going to come up here and conduct meetings, do weigh-ins, etc...peer pressure made me sign up for the Monthly Pass.
I did WW in 2008 and ended up losing about 30 pounds, and only gained back about 15 of it very slowly when I stopped the program AND working out. So I can't say it doesn't work, but there are so many tools online these days for free. I did it because they needed at least 20 people to sign up in order to have the meetings and once 20 is obtained, 6 weeks is locked in guaranteed.
To be honest, I will probably only do it for the first month. $40/month is A LOT for something I could easily do for FREE. I don't really need to go to the meetings because MyFitnessPal.com and the community there is just as good to me. But the more I thought about it, doing it for the month with my co-workers will really get me back into the habit of truly watching what I do.
OH....by the way....I get 27 points a day and I ate 44 at lunch alone. So, there is that. I used a lot of my bonus weekly points. I am in a major slump today and all I wanted was to eat something so disgustingly good it was painful...so I did :) Judge me, I don't care! I won't even need diner because I am still full!

I did it all by myself in the mirror, so it may not all be perfectly exact, but it's a good general idea and I will do them the same way when I get my results, so it's accurate enough.
Reminder: I am 5'5" and 163-sih
Chest (under breasts) - 33"
Chest (above breasts) - 36"
Bust - 40"
Waist (at the smallest point) - 34"
Hips (at the widest point) - 40.5'' ... take into account this also goes around the biggest part of my belly, where I hold all my weight!
Butt - I forgot about this one...I will do it tonight :)
Thighs (and the biggest point) - 23
Calves (and the biggest point) - 15
^^^^ How about those?! Mostly muscle! Friggin' hoss.
Uper arm (at the biggest point) - 11.5
So there you have it! Tell me what you think...unless it's mean...because I know this ain't cute!

Did a little better today, but I still need to find a steady meal plan. I didn't get near the nutrients I need but I stayed full all day and didn't need to snack! And yes, I had a dadgum dinner roll :(
