Okay, here is my food diary for the day. It looks tiny, but you can click on it and it will enlarge it. I didn't do any workouts, but I did opt for the stairs all day today, instead of the elevator (I am on the 4th floor!).
It looks like I have a lot left over, but I did have this random dessert bar at work that someone made and as far as the casserole, it was handmade so I don't know if the calorie count is exact...in other words, "good enough".
I promise to get healthier snacks and meals and be more precise, I just need to go shopping :)
